Baldur's Gate 3 is a very high quality RPG. However, nothing else was expected from this developer. The three in the name of the game is rather simple, so that it can be distinguished from the previous ones. The narrative is not connected with the games that have already been released and is a separate story in a familiar universe. You can play even if you missed the previous parts.

The graphics in the game are excellent, especially worked on the image during the dialogues. The faces are animated, the characters look very nice. Even seemingly unattractive races are drawn in a completely different way than it happens in such games.

Before starting the game, you will be taken to the character editor. There are quite a few settings. Choose race, appearance, name and even height. Think carefully when choosing a race. Here it often affects the attitude of others towards your character. Choosing a race whose representatives are famous for their malice and cruelty - do not be surprised by the aggressive reaction of others. It really makes the game more interesting in my opinion.

Each class has several subclasses. In this part, the balance of the game is not perfect. All classes that have magic in their arsenal are much more interesting. They have more attack options, and the number of skills that can be developed is much greater than that of ordinary warriors.

The game begins with your character being kidnapped by molluscoids. Inhabit the brain parasite larva, which should eventually turn your hero into one of these nightmarish creatures. And nothing would stop their plan from coming true, but then dragon riders attack the Moluscoid flying ship. During the battle, you find yourself thrown into an unfamiliar land. On the territory where you are, there is a war between two clans. In an attempt to find a way to get rid of the parasite in the brain, before the transformation process has gone too far, you find yourself embroiled in a confrontation, and what will happen next when you play Baldur's Gate 3

The combat mode in the game is turn-based, each unit operates in several stages - movement, attack and minor action. It is possible to interact with the environment. Enemies fall on frozen puddles, and oil ignites beautifully, dealing damage. Water can wash away the acid.

Your hero does not travel alone, during the game you will assemble a team of fighters to help you. Their stats can be selectively upgraded as they level up.

It is possible to equip each of the fighters with different equipment, armor and weapons. Whatever you put on the fighters will be visible to them. The developers have thought of even the smallest details.

In many situations, the success of an action is determined by rolling a twenty-sided die of, just like in a board game. It is no secret that board games were the progenitor of the RPG genre.

The main storyline is interesting, it is difficult to break away from the game. The dialogues are well written and quite emotional. There is even romance in the game.
