With its appearance and game mechanics, this project is very similar to the board game known to many under the name Risk. But if Risk is a war game that takes place in the 18-19 centuries, then in Commander Modern War you will control modern types of troops, which opens up new game strategies and adds variety.

Even if you are dealing with such games for the first time, you have nothing to worry about. The developers have taken care of clear training that will help you quickly master the controls.

Next, you have to choose which side to play in Commander Modern War and after that the gameplay will begin.

You will have everything you need to win on the battlefield.

Control all branches of the military, including:

• Infantry
• Artillery both cannon and rocket
• Aviation
• Fleet
• Armored units
• Missile troops

And even transport to create the logistics necessary in every war.

Commander Modern War is interesting to play, you will take turns taking turns with the enemy. There is no hurry, which makes it possible to think carefully about each action and what consequences it may have in the future. The game, as already mentioned, in many ways resembles a board game, but in a more convenient format.

There are quite a lot of strategies and tactics. The number of available troops directly depends on what resources your army has. Try to capture and hold territories with minerals and other valuable objects. This will bring more money and building materials.

The combat system is simple and complex at the same time. Everything is taken into account, including the type and terrain. Even if you have a unit that is superior in power to the opponent, it can be defeated if it is located during the battle in an area that is not suitable for this type of troops. Sometimes you do not need to rush to attack, but it is better to take a more advantageous position and wait until the enemy himself strikes the first blow. In addition, some types of troops more successfully resist others. For example, artillery gains an advantage over infantry and this should be taken into account.

Getting experience during combat operations, your units can become significantly stronger or even increase their class, which will bring a bonus to the attack and defense of the unit.

There are several campaigns in the game and you can go through them one by one by defeating seven different opponents, each of which differs in tactics and strategy on the battlefield.

If you find few scenarios already in the game, you can create your own missions. For these purposes, there is a convenient editor.

The game is still in the early access stage and over time there will be even more features in it. At the moment when you read the text, the release may have already taken place.
