The intelligence level of the enemy in the game is very high. You need to be a real strategist to be able to seize the initiative and win the battle.

Each unit on the battlefield has a separate token. By selecting it, you can see the number of action points, which determines how far you can move in one turn. Attack in the game is not very well animated, but this is not a problem, it will not be difficult to determine who wins.

With each new passage, the troops are randomly deployed, therefore there cannot be exactly the same campaigns. Every time everything goes differently and this will not let the game get bored quickly. You can go through it several times.

You can play the main story or select the secondary, shorter campaigns.

Even if you have chosen the main storyline, this does not mean that you constantly need to deal with the entire frontline. If you wish, you can transfer the command of part of the troops to the computer, and concentrate your attention only on the sector of the front that interests you at the moment.

Troops are created in the game for a long time. In addition, this process takes a lot of resources. But here, each combat unit is a whole military unit.

As you gain experience, your warriors will become stronger. Will become less vulnerable to enemy attacks and, in turn, will be able to deal more damage.

Aside from waging war, diplomacy should not be underestimated. A well-timed truce can give you the time you need to prepare your armies, or even gain useful allies.

The game has a very convenient and understandable script editor. Thanks to this tool, you can recreate any battle, from any period of history. Or even come up with your own script. Developers give you almost unlimited possibilities.
