Blastwave Lost at Sea

The tourists went to sea, but they are clearly not out of luck. They saw before them gold coins, swim close to them, but can not go back. Now their lives are in danger and we can only hope for rescue. Create a wave in the middle of the water and with a wave of their spending to the point where the rescue helicopter landed.
