Running through the deserts of Egypt, the hero of the game Metal Slug discovers a secret tunnel that leads into the cave. Without hesitation, he decides to find out more on what's inside, and ran a few hundred meters down the tunnel, with a terrible crash, he falls to the ground losing consciousness. When he awoke, he discovers that he was in the world of the brothers Mario, and decides to go back.
