The game is a continuation of the famous Assassin's Creed cycle consisting of many parts. But even if you have not played the previous parts, thanks to not too long training, you can easily master the controls. The plot, although it contains several references to previous parts, is basically an independent separate story that will be interesting to know even if you are new to the game. Who knows, maybe after passing the game you will like it so much that you will want to go through the previous parts.
You have to eliminate a huge number of enemies of the order. Some of the quests are easy to complete, others require careful planning. You can get close to each goal unnoticed, but each time it will be more and more difficult to do it, otherwise you would quickly get bored playing. Not all tasks are reduced only to the elimination of the enemy. There are other tasks, for example, follow someone or secure the territory.
Battles take place in real time. The arsenal of moves is very large and depends on the weapon you choose. Even if you are surrounded by a group of enemies, you can win if you act quickly. The battles look very spectacular, and the music very accurately corresponds to what is happening on the screen at such moments.
There are many types of melee weapons in the game and there are even thrown ones. There are also hidden blades, traditional for the game, so beloved by many regular players.
All this alternates with acrobatics and parkour-style movement. Thanks to this, the game is very fast-paced and dynamic when the action begins.
