SpellForce is the first game in a cycle of turn-based strategies that you can play on PC. The game was released a long time ago, the graphics are classic, pixelated, as it was everywhere in those years. Among the representatives of all the listed peoples there are magically gifted representatives. In one of the generations, 13 magicians appeared with incredible power. These magicians formed an alliance called the Circle.
The purpose of the creation of the Circle was to restore justice and end unrest on earth. It was planned to carry out this by conducting the ritual Calling, but this was never carried out.
The lust for power that overcame several of the mighty magicians split the alliance and led to bloody wars throughout the fairy tale world.
When the mainland split, a senior mage of the Circle named Roen connected the resulting islands with magical portals. Most of the magicians who were part of the union died. The rest began each of their calling rites, hoping to subdue the Magic Flame, the main source of power in the magical world. Whether someone succeeds, you will find out when you play SpellForce!
At the beginning of the game, your strength will not be great. In order to become stronger, you need to work hard.

During your travels, defeat the enemies you meet and gain control over their lands and armies.

The entire playing field is divided into hexagonal cells, in one move each squad is able to overcome a certain distance. Moves are made in turn with opponents.
The more land you control, the more magical power you have. Strength can be increased by using artifacts obtained in wanderings.
