Subtraction Practice

The series of games continues to help you to master mathematics and in particular operations with large numbers. You've already learned how to add, but now it's time to learn how to subtract. Go to the Subtraction Practice game and you will see a set of numbers in two rows. There is a subtraction symbol in between, which means that you must subtract the bottom numbers from the top ones. Under each column, put the result by clicking on the number selected at the very bottom of the number set. Before starting the lesson, select a time and level: no carryover or carryover. The first one is simple and we have already explained it to you above. As for the carry-over level, this is a little more complicated. If the top row has a lower number than the bottom one, you add ten to it. For example: at the top there is one, if you add 10 to it, you get 11, and at the bottom - 3, you get 11-3 u003d 8. The result is 8, which you add under the two numbers. The next number in the top row is reduced by one.
