Become a mining tycoon and the Resource Empire game will help you with this. You have a place where you can extract resources and three miner workers: a miner who directly works with a pickaxe in the mine, an elevator operator who will lift the mined to the top, and a worker who will deliver the ore on a trolley from the elevator to the processing site. By clicking on each of the workers, make them work until you save up money for three managers so that they control the work, and you can only deal with increasing levels at each stage in Resource Empire.
