Somewhere at the North Pole a large fragment of a meteorite fell and a group of archaeologists was assigned to study it. They went to the scene in A Mimicry of Life. A large stone was transported to one of the bases and placed in a hangar. Since then, strange events began to occur at the base. Particularly disturbing is the disappearance of people, while there are no signs of struggle or blood. Control one of the characters named Mike, trying to figure out what is happening.
