The task is to deliver cargo, moving along the green arrow to the recipient: an alien or an earthling. For delivery you receive coins that can be spent in the garage, improving the technical characteristics of the lunar rover in Moon Rover. You can control it with the arrow keys or using the button drawn on the screen in the lower right corner.
