Game ISS Docking Simulator

ISS Docking Simulator

ISS Docking Simulator will introduce you to the real control interface used by NASA astronauts to manually pilot SpaceX Dragon 2 to the International Space Station. Successful docking is considered when all green numbers in the center of the interface are below 0.2. Be patient, as the speed of movement in space is much lower than the speed of movement on Earth.

How to use ISS Docking Simulator:
1. The green numbers are the corrections that need to be achieved for the alignment.
2. Start by using the joystick buttons on the right to adjust the longitudinal, vertical and lateral axis. You must properly prepare for docking.
3. Next, use the joystick on the left to change your position relative to the ISS. Use the buttons, up, down, left and right.
4. Sensitivity switches are located in the center of each joystick. By default, the sensitivity is low. Try not to make sudden movements near the ISS.
5. Your target is a Green Diamond superimposed on the top of the docking station. It must be centered to start docking.
6. The blue numbers are the speed at which you are moving or spinning. Your speed relative to the ISS is at the bottom right, also blue.
7. Keep the speed below -0. 2 m / s when your distance to the International Station is below 5 meters. If you move very quickly, you run the risk of crashing into the station.
