The monkey's old faithful friend is the raccoon Sands, who is engaged in private investigation in between investigations for clients, dealing with cases of bygone days, investigating old crimes. One of these has long attracted attention and in the game Monkey Go Happy Stage 990 Pesky decided to tackle it. To do this, he arrived in Oklahoma, where in 1994 there was a powerful terrorist attack that claimed the lives of almost two hundred people. The detective believes that the investigation was not complete. He disguised himself as a rabbit and is going to re-question witnesses.
