A few days ago at a local emergency department had a call with an urgent call to a heavy patient, get behind the wheel and hit the gas, you do not have more than a few minutes or it will just die. On the road, honk and include sirens simply useless, no one will concede you to the strip, so only rely on their ability to experienced drivers.
