In such cases, so-called viaducts are usually built - bridges that level the terrain, because the railway cannot be laid over hills. At each level, you must place sections of the road in such a way that the train can pass safely. By clicking on the fragments, rotate them until you find the correct position. But remember that the number of turns is limited at Viaducts.
