To light a special lighthouse on the island in Light Caster, it is necessary to correctly redirect existing and installed artifacts. They cannot be moved, but you can rotate. Thanks to the rotation, a ray directed at them can spread to a neighboring artifact or to the one from which it is convenient to direct the beam to the lighthouse. You can first install the direction of the white arrows near each artifact, and then turn on the light source and see what came of it. You can adjust the direction even during the light stream in Light Caster.
