It is locked, which means that you need the key that you will find in the location. To get to it, you need to jump down mortally dangerous spikes. The hero does not know how to jump high, so he will have to periodically sacrifice his life, turning into a ghost. But the ghost cannot take the key, so you need to regain your life in a specially designated place on the platforms in Spirit Boy.
