There is no doubt that this is Santa Claus, but all that remains from the good old grandfather is a red suit. The drastic changes with Grandfather Christmas were due to extraordinary circumstances. In one of the cities where he was supposed to distribute gifts, it was simply discovered that there was a dominance of criminal elements.
